- Challenge:
- Due to lack of clarity in the product's positioning, the product's brand equity began to suffer. The lack of clarity also contributed to challenges in generating qualified leads which led to low lead conversion rates.
- Opportunity:
- Reinvigorate the TimeSheet product through re-positioning. Develop a new messaging approach to eliminate confusion and better explain the product's features and benefits.
- Results:
- The first email campaign to re-launch the TimeSheet product produced 85 leads which is the highest response to a campaign in over a year.
