Challenge:
Effectively communicate with prospect dealers and repair shops the benefits to both shop and customer of the CarCare ONE card.
Opportunity:
Develop a phased testing strategy for the CarCare ONE product that would determine the optimal mix of channel, creative message and format.
Results:
Phase 1 drove a total of 138 leads and the key learnings have already been applied to the Phase 2 strategy-optimizing champion creative, channel and list.
